SAS AFTER-SCHOOL MMA & MENTORSHIP

Season 1 runs 31 August–21 November 2026 in the Singapore American School Dojo Room.

Middle School: Mondays, 4:30–6:00 PM

Elementary School: Wednesdays, 4:30–6:00 PM

Registration reopens 31 August at 6:00 PM. Final deadline: 27 September at 11:00 PM. No late applications.

All activities are strictly non-contact—bags and pads only—with one MMA coach and one youth mentor in every session.

In practice, MMA means age-appropriate skills from boxing, Muay Thai and wrestling in one structured programme.

Together, the coach and mentor help students practise confidence, discipline, self-control, resilience and teamwork—skills that support positive growth at school, at home and in life.
